We give because everything we have is a gift from God. Our time, our talents, our treasure—it all comes from Him. Generosity is simply giving back a portion of what's already His. And when we do, we get to watch Him multiply it in ways we never imagined.
Tithes vs. Offerings
Tithe: The Foundation
The tithe is 10% of your income, given to your local church. It's biblical, it's consistent, and it's how we support the work of ministry week in and week out.
Offering: The Extra Mile
Offerings are anything beyond your tithe. Maybe it's a special campaign, a missionary you want to support, or a one-time gift because God moved your heart. Offerings are about generosity without limits.

What if I can't afford to tithe right now?

Where does my money go?
Your gifts support everything we do at Anchor: weekend services, kids and student ministries, small groups, pastoral care, local outreach, and global missions. We're committed to stewarding your generosity well.

Can I designate my gift to a specific fund?
Yes! When you give online, you can give to the general fund, Build 2026, missions, benevolence, or other designated funds. If you're giving by check, just write the fund name in the memo line.
Can I give anonymously?
Yes. If you prefer to give anonymously, you can do so online or drop cash in the offering during service. Just know that we won't be able to send you a year-end giving statement unless we have your information.
